Two Different Group A & B Red Blood Samples in 100ml bottle each store in room temp 22c
Serum A 20ml , Amber Glass Dropper bottle
Serum B 20ml, Amber Glass Dropper bottle
Serum D, 20ml , Amber Glass Dropper Bottle
Plastic cavity slide x 1
Plastic dropper 1ml x 10 pcs
First Sample Blood verify for Group A Blood which result sharp Red.
Second Sample Blood, verify for Group B Blood, which result in Purple.
Procedure.
First use marker, and and write numbers serial as above showed, 1 to 4.
2nd Step, Sample Blood 1 , One drop in four cavities
3rd Step, take Blood Sample 2, One drop in four cavities
now use Serum one Drop in cavity number wise.
Serum 1 use one drop in cavity 1
Serum 2 use one drop in cavity 2
Serum 3 use one drop in cavity 4
Cavity 4 left with blood sample to verify changes in other cavities.
Cavity No. 2 react differently on both blood samples. and change visible colour changes reaction.
