A general-purpose linear polarizing film for use with visible and near-infrared light. Extinction ration is greater than .01%. Useful for reducing glare, doing optical experimentation, and increasing contrast in sensors. The film is easily cut, punched or drilled and is resistant to heat, impact, and abrasion. Align two sheets and light passes through. Rotate one filter 90 degrees and light is completely blocked! Place optically active objects (see photo) between two sheets for a colorful display.
