Trans-Ratio is a fully self-contained transformer system which enables students to investigate turns ratios and efficiency with the minimum of complication. The Primary coil has tappings at 200, 400 and 600 turns while the Secondary has 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 and 600 turns all brought out to 4 mm sockets. An AC supply of up to 6 V is required with AC voltmeters for monitoring purposes. Full instructions supplied with experiment details etc.
