Set if provided bacteria Culture gel in tube with separate swab disposable set of 10 each. To investigate bacteria in atmosphere student/user need to rub given swab on different places. each place swab rub and keep in culture tube for 3-5 days. each location test keep separate to find out bacteria on this location. user can find bacteria in our house / school Toilet/ Garbage Bin / Garbage Area / Floor etc, write on tube to remember location swab rub and kept in tube which bacteria collected from which location.
